Metrica: a7 b5 b7 a7 a7 b7 b7 (Frank 475:1).

Pattison, Life and Works, p. 85: «… Raimbaut’s first seven poems in A are in the same order as they occur in IK, although they are not consecutive in the latter. It is as if someone turned the pages of a ms., copying only here and there a poem which struck his fancy or which was needed to complete his collection. Then come (in A) two poems whose text is closely related to N and which are in the same order in both mss. Finally we encounter the four poems also appearing in a, and of which the first three exist only in Aa. […] In this series the order of the works in the two mss. Aa is identical, although again the poems are not consecutive in a. The only valid conclusion is that the scribe of A or its prototype, having finished those works he wished to take from his source ms. of the type of ADIKN etc., turned to another ms., either the ancestor of a or a closely related text, to take his last four selections from Raimbaut».
